Remove the Battery From the Laptop
Turn off the laptop, then remove the battery. After that, press the laptop power button for 15 seconds with the laptop battery still not installed. Then charge the laptop with the battery still separate. If the laptop turns on normally, the problem is with the battery, not the charger.
Hold the Power Button for 30 Seconds
Even though it sounds quite strange, this one tip is often tried and much work. Like the previous tips, the first step to take is to turn off the laptop and then remove the battery. After that, put the battery back into the laptop and press the power button then hold it for 30 seconds. Then release, then turn on the laptop while pressing the power button as usual.
Cool the Laptop
Laptop batteries themselves are very vulnerable to hot temperatures and can affect sensor performance. Hot temperatures can make the battery sensor read that the battery is fully charged so that it has problems charging. To fix this, rest your laptop, turn it off for a while until the temperature cools. Also, make sure the ventilation or cooling system on the laptop is clean and not dusty.
If your laptop has software related to power management. You can uninstall the software then restart it. If successful, the battery indicator will show the rate of increase in charge.
